Returns and refund policy

At ShopBibBuddies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process. Please read through our policy below for more information.

1. Returns

We want you to love your ShopBibBuddies purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your unused and unopened items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

 

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@shopbibbuddies.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we can help! To ensure the exchange process is smooth, please follow the steps for a return and place a new order for the item you'd like to exchange.

How to Exchange:
Please contact our customer service team at Info@shopbibbuddies.com to arrange your exchange. You can return the original item and place a new order for your desired product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product(s) only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below:

5. Non-returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Items that have been used or washed.

Products purchased more than 15 days ago.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).

6. Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Info@shopbibbuddies.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
